2. Make sure that they give your username at the time they sign up.

3. Or have them go to out website and signup online and we will waive the $10.00 setup fee (web signups only). Make sure they put your username in the referred by line.

.Moving Day 10/16/04!

Wednesday,  October, 13th, 2004:

We finally have confirmation on our moving date. As of Saturday October 16th at 5:00pm, we will in transit to Texas. The 800 number will stay the same, and with luck so will our main number of 978-249-8455. Unfortunately we will not have phone service or our new office setup until Thursday the 28th.

From midnight to noon GMT (5:00pm-5:00am PDT, 8:00pm-8:00am EDT) Our upstream provider will be moving the physical location of our servers. For most of this window, services will be unaffected. Toward 7:00am GMT (midnight PDT, 3:00am EDT), critical servers will be moved; as a result, brief interruptions of service will occur.

Important Phone Number Changes!

Friday January, 2nd, 2004:

We have just received word that our upstream provider is changing some of dialup numbers effective immediately. The effected numbers are:

978-334-5599 changes to 978-410-3050 or 978-334-3407
978-285-5599 changes to 978-756-3050 or 978-301-9809
321-989-5599 changes to 321-541-1019 or 321-989-3407
603-917-5599 changes to 603-283-6088 or 603-917-3407

For Windows ’95, ’98, and ME users got into My Computer, then dialup networking, right click on the connection you use, and then left click on properties. Make sure there is no check in dial using area code. Then just put in the phone number with the area code in the phone number field and click on ok.

For Windows 2000 and XP users, go to Start, then control panel, if on the left hand side you see switch to Classic view, click on that, then click on Internet Options, other wise just click on Internet Options, got to the connection tab and double click on the connection you use. About 2/3rds of the way day click on properties and enter the new number and click on ok, click on ok again and your all set.
